It would be great to have a public roadmap view that shows what's being worked on and what's planned. This builds trust with our users.
Add ability to attach screenshots to feedback
Users should be able to attach images/screenshots when submitting feedback. Visual context often helps clarify issues.
Add Slack integration for new feedback notifications
It would be incredibly helpful to get Slack notifications when new feedback is submitted. This would help our team respond faster to customer requests.
